During testing, we introduced the ATHS 20 power film, which enables extremely low film usage without compromising packaging safety. The results exceeded expectations: the film usage dropped from 1820 g to just 450 g per pallet.

After implementation, the annual savings approached 45.000 €, while pallet stability actually improved. This translates to a 70% cost reduction, without the need to purchase a new machine – all it took was optimizing the film.
