We launched our sustainability program on Earth Day in 2023. As part of this initiative, we planted trees for the first time on behalf of those partners who actively contributed to reducing environmental impact. We are pleased to announce that the tree planting initiative will continue for the third consecutive year in 2025 – once again, we will plant trees in the name of companies who meet one or more of the three core pillars of our program.

One tree for every real step – the three pillars of our program:
Manupackaging’s sustainability strategy is built on three pillars: REDUCE – RECYCLE – REDESIGN. These represent tangible changes in technology, material use, and design – all aimed at measurably reducing ecological footprint.
REDUCE – Less Film, Greater Performance
With our stretch and shrink film solutions, we help our customers reduce film usage by an average of 50–70% – all while improving load stability. Through our unique packaging audit, we provide accurate recommendations on how to achieve these savings.

RECYCLE – Giving Used Films a New Life
Our recycled-content films – including Manunature RR, Manushrink RR, and Manucover RR – contain a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material. This helps our partners take a step forward in joining the circular economy.
REDESIGN – Rethinking Materials
Our innovative products such as Manunature BB and BD represent sustainability right from the design stage:
BB: Made from 50% bio-based material, each kilogram used removes half a kilogram of CO₂ from the atmosphere.
BD: Designed for industrial recycling, and if it does end up in the environment, it biodegrades without forming microplastics.
We Plant Trees in the Name of Our Partners
For every company that meets the criteria of at least one of the above pillars, Manupackaging will plant a tree in their name in 2025. This is not just a symbol of our collaboration – it is a tangible step toward a more sustainable future.
Thank You to Our Partners!
Over the past two years, it has become clear that real change can only come through collaboration. Tree planting is not only a visible outcome, but a powerful reminder that every step forward matters. We thank all the companies who stand with us on the path of environmental responsibility.
Our shared achievements are for the benefit of future generations.
