We are committed to reducing waste from stretch and shrink wrapping. On Earth Day, we launched our Sustainability Program with the strong intention of reducing waste generated by stretch and shrink film usage.
As a first step, our company organized a family-friendly tree planting event in the Péterhalmi Forest in Budapest. Employees were encouraged to bring their children and partners to take part in a meaningful, nature-focused volunteer experience.
During the event, participants symbolically planted 1 piece of tree, type Tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), highlighting the symbolic significance of tree planting and underlining the importance of sustainability.

1. REDUCE
Thanks to our innovative technologies, we can achieve better pallet stability with less film usage and higher holding force.

2. RECYCLE
Recycling and reprocessing.
Our Manunature RR, Manushrink RR, and Manucover RR films contain a minimum of 30% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) content — i.e., material that has already been used for packaging purposes.
3. REDESIGN
Products redesigned in line with circular economy principles:
- Manunature BB: Contains 50% Bio-LLDPE raw material. Each kilogram of this film removes half a kilogram of CO₂ from the atmosphere.
- Manunature BD: Recyclable after industrial use, and even if it ends up in nature, it biodegrades without forming microplastics.

between April 22 and October 22, 2023, we will plant a tree in Budapest’s Péterhalmi Forest for every ton of film used — in the name of your company.
