Regarding the personal data processed in connection with the WEB Service, Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator act as Data Controllers and do not use any Data Processors. The personal data processed by Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator may only be accessed by the company, the Operator, and their employees. Data related to users of the website https://manupackaging.hu/ are stored by Manupackaging International Kft.

By expressly accepting this Notice through the Declaration below, you acknowledge and accept that the use of https://manupackaging.hu/ is possible without registration or providing any personal data prior to “Login”; however, “Login” itself requires registration and thus the provision of personal data. During registration, Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator clearly indicate which data are mandatory and which are optional. Mandatory data are necessary for the safe and lawful provision of services.
Mandatory data include, among others:
- For natural persons: name, address, tax identification number, e-mail address;
- For legal entities: name, registered seat, company registration number, tax number, e-mail address.

You may decide not to provide certain data. By accepting this Notice, you acknowledge that you are aware that providing data for “Registration, Request for Quotation, Newsletter Subscription, Login” is voluntary and the legal basis for data processing is your prior consent.
5. Legal Bases of Data Processing
a) Consent of the Data Subject
By accepting this Notice, you expressly consent to Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator processing certain data related to you as a visitor during your use of the website, even without registration, which in some cases may constitute personal data.
You may request the deletion of your registration and related data in accordance with Article 17(1) of the GDPR. Exceptions apply where retention is required by law or where Manupackaging International Kft. has another legitimate legal basis as defined in Article 17(3) of the GDPR.
b) Marketing-related legal basis
Personal data collected during registration will be retained for the duration of the business relationship, but not longer than one (1) year after the last contact, after which all personal data will be deleted.
c) Contractual relationship legal basis
If a contractual relationship is established between you and Manupackaging International Kft., the company is entitled to process your data for the duration of the contract or as long as any legal claims arising from it exist.

By accepting this Notice, you acknowledge that Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against illegal access or interception by third parties. Manupackaging International Kft. and the Operator strongly advise you to keep them secret. If you disclose them to a third party, you may lose control over your data managed on the website.

You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data,
- Lodge a complaint if you believe your data protection rights have been violated at gyuris.ramona@manupackaging.hu,
- Seek legal remedy before a civil court or contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
These rights are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
