nature<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Between April 4\u20136, 2025, nearly 400 volunteers participated in the cleanup effort, including employees from 27 Hungarian companies \u2013 among them our own colleagues. The participants cleaned the reed beds of Lake Tisza and the difficult-to-access 1.5-kilometer-long \u201cTrash Island,\u201d even under extreme weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The corporate world took action \u2013 and It made a visible impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A record-breaking total of 10.5 tons of waste was collected, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5,780 kg of municipal waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,500 kg of PET bottles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>960 kg of glass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 kg of hazardous waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 kg of scrap and other metal waste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By removing this waste, the environment became not only more livable for aquatic wildlife, but our shared future also took one step toward becoming cleaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why does this matter to Us?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Manupackaging Hungary is committed to environmentally conscious operations \u2013 both in production and in its role in society.
